1. Sign up and set up your profile page TODAY. Share it with friends and family so they can sponsor you in the lead up and during the challenge (you can start fundraising today, no need to wait!).
2. Download and share the social tiles to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. Remember to include the link to your personal fundraising page when sharing so that people know where to donate to support you!
3. Connect your Strava account (on 30th September) so that your fitness progress shows up on your fundraising page.
4. Move the equivalent of 48,000 steps (36.5km) OR 480,000 steps (365km) between 30th September - 17th November in honour of World Prematurity Day
